Refund policy
We hope you fall in love with your new Spaas purchase but we understand things don't always go according to plan. Change your mind, we get that. To make things easier we offer a 7 day change of mind policy.
Return and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please hang onto your original packing just in case. Once you are convinced that you love your new Spaas product, you can recycle or compost your box.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process
- Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery to start a return.
- Once accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Once we've received your item we will check that it is in it 's original condition and packaging. If this is the case, you will receive your refund, less shipping fees, within 7 business days.
- The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
All our items go through rigorous quality assurance prior to packaging. We are so confident in the quality of our products and workmanship that we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase shown on the invoice.
This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the product purchased though www.spaas.com.au and is not transferrable. This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, any other statutory rights and remedies that may be available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
What is covered?
The Spaas Limited Warranty Policy warrants that:
The product is reasonably suitable for the purpose that it was generally intended for;
The product is of good quality, free of defects and in good working order and;
The product will be durable and usable for a reasonable period of time.
What the Limited Warranty does not cover
SPAAS Furniture will only be liable to honour a warranty if:
The defect existed at the time of delivery or collection and manifested during the warranty period;
The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse by the customer;
The product concerned is used for the purpose intended and in a domestic environment ;
The customer duly complied with the SPAAS FURNITURE Care Instructions;
The product is assembled by the customer in accordance with the suppliers’ specifications.
SPAAS warranty provides for the free repair or replacement of any faulty component within the warranty period.
