Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer simple flat rate shipping fees which correlate to the size of the desk you have ordered.
NOTE: Rural areas or regions not part of the Australian mainland may incur additional fees. If this is the case, we will contact you directly with additional costs involved or provide you with the option to cancel the order. Please note we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Getting your item to you as soon as possible is important to us. All of our products are carefully and lovingly packed and we aim to dispatch your SPAAS product within 2 business days of receiving the order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please refer to the list of metropolitan areas below for estimated shipping times
Sydney 3-5 days from shipment date,
Melbourne 3-5 days from shipment date
Adelaide 6-7 days from shipment date
Perth 7-10 days from shipment date
Brisbane 2-3 days from shipment date
We are unable to provide estimates for regional areas, however, our couriers will work to get your SPAAS item to you ASAP!
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Due to the size our products we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
What if I am not home to receive my order?
A number of the couriers we work with will leave deliveries unattended even if you specifically request that they do not. If you live in a unit/apartment we will reach out to you directly to arrange the best delivery method.
